Cohorts are where leaders are known, developed, and sent, gaining the clarity, coaching, and community needed to take their next step in multiplication.

College Directors Cohort

Led by Dave Turner & Elizabeth Hughes, Summit Church in Raleigh-Durham, NC

This cohort is designed for college directors to encourage and learn from one another in best practices in college ministry. 








Mavericks Cohort

Led by Dave Turner, Summit Church in Raleigh-Durham, NC

This cohort empowers emerging college staff leaders in the Collab to discover their calling, understand their strengths, and gain experience to lead church-planting near universities.

Worship Leader Cohort

Led by Kyle Wilkinson, Summit Church in Raleigh-Durham, NC

This cohort will give new and experienced worship leaders helpful discipleship and practical tools to become more proficient leaders in the local church. The cohort also connects them to other worship leaders in the collaborative. 





Ministry 201

Led by Anna Murphy, Summit Collaborative in Raleigh-Durham, NC

This cohort teaches ministry leaders how to take their leadership to the next level. Participants will learn how to scale their leadership alongside their growing ministry, and it includes regular coaching to help unpack what they are experiencing. 




Wiring and Direction Intensive

Led by Matt Love, Summit Collaborative in Raleigh-Durham, NC

This cohort provides a structured program for individuals to discover and develop their gifts and talents as well as guide them towards their calling within their church. It is for people who have a growing self-awareness but are still clarifying how their wiring and experiences connect to their calling.

Spiritual Maturity Cohort

Led by Chris Gaynor, Summit Collaborative in Raleigh-Durham, NC

This cohort is for leaders who are spiritually mature, but whose competency and influence are increasing at a rapid pace. Because of this change in leadership level, we want to put an extra emphasis on deepening their walk with God.







Leadership Accelerator 

Taught by various Collaborative leaders

Led by Dustin Walker, City Church in Murfreesboro, TN

This cohort is for people who are 1-4 years away from planting a church or leading ministry at the highest level. It includes training from Collaborative pastors built around the Leadership Profile. It will help high level leaders grow into their roles, clarify their future, and build relationships within the Collaborative.

This cohort equips planters and revitalizers with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to start and lead new church communities. It also provides a supportive environment for participants to collaborate, learn from each other's experiences, and learn from Collaborative lead pastors. The training is a mix of personal development and church planting strategy.
