Summit Collaborative is a family of churches working together to help each other thrive and multiply. We exist to develop leaders, plant churches, and strengthen churches through shared mission and relational partnership.
We are not a denomination or a franchise. We are a relational network of autonomous churches aligned around shared theology and a shared commitment to multiplication.

STORY
Summit Collaborative began with a simple conviction: healthy churches should not multiply alone.
Over time, God has grown a family of pastors and churches committed to helping one another develop leaders and plant new congregations. Our story is not about building an organization. It is about building trust, strengthening churches, and sending leaders well.
Multiplication is strongest when it is relational. It requires shared convictions, long-term investment in leaders, and churches that choose to carry the mission together.

OUR DNA
We have a “one more” mentality.
All the leaders in Collaborative Churches are committed to seeing one more disciple made, one more leader developed, and one more church planted. With that in mind, we have four convictions that shape everything we do in pursuit of that one more.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Our churches are grounded in historic Christian orthodoxy and the authority of Scripture.
We share a common theological foundation articulated in our Statement of Collaboration. This creates clarity, trust, and alignment across the network while allowing appropriate flexibility in ministry practice.
Alignment matters because church planting requires deep trust and shared conviction.
GOSPEL
We are gospel-centered churches. Our unity is grounded in the finished work of Jesus Christ, and the gospel shapes our preaching, leadership, and multiplication.
BALANCE
We hold biblical convictions with humility. We pursue clarity without unnecessary division and allow space for faithful ministry differences within shared theological alignment.
GROWTH
Healthy churches grow. Growth in spiritual depth and numerical reach creates the capacity to develop leaders and send them.
MULTIPLICATION
Church planting is the overflow of healthy churches developing healthy leaders. When one church plants a church, we all plant that church.
Leadership
The Summit Collaborative team helps strengthen relationships across churches and guides the processes that support leadership development and church planting.
THE COLLABORATIVE MOVEMENT
We believe that healthy things multiply.
As God raises up new leaders and families of churches, new collaboratives can form, each carrying the same DNA while stewarding leadership locally. This network-of-networks vision allows expansion without losing relational depth.
