Church Leadership Assessment and Development

Developing leaders is at the core of what the Collaborative does. We believe that when leaders thrive, churches thrive. And when churches thrive, they multiply. Development is an accessory to what we do. It is the engine that drives our movement.

Why Development?

Assessment Philosophy

Leader development starts with clarity. We want to help leaders identify their development gaps and work to close them. We want to see leaders developed in their local church context through real ministry responsibility and clear pathways that meet them where they are. Assessment is the starting point of that process. It brings the clarity that all leaders need in order to grow.

A guided pathway that clarifies competency, calling, and character development gaps and produces a development plan to close those gaps.
